Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to staff illness or other issues that will effect the running of the class or the session will be made up on a later date.
- Inspire2Dance teachers/staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
- Inspire2Dance reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You MUST declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at, inspire2dance2024@gmailcom / 07888654908
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- Fees will be taken on the 1st of every month and are split over a 12 month period (including August).
- To cancel a students place, you must email inspire2dance2024@gmail.com, at least 14 days before the 1st of the next month. If you inform us outside of this time period, your direct debit will be taken the following month.
- If a class is cancelled due to bad weather (snow/ice) you will be refunded or the class will be rescheduled.
- Parents / Guardians can observe classes via our parent waiting room which has a viewing window into the studio, however we reserve the right to restrict viewing at any time.
- All Inspire2Dance uniform MUST be purchased via Inspire 2 Dance – Squad Dancewear. Printing from external suppliers/printers is not permitted.
- Pupils MUST purchase a uniform within 4 weeks of starting a class and uniform MUST be worn to lessons.
- Any concerns/complaints must be emailed to inspire2dance2024@gmail.com or should be communicated directly to Principal, Emma Dugmore.
